Your service sounds good so far, but what will it cost me?
Absolutely nothing. Our service is free to our clients, and we make certain the agent you chose will never charge you a cent more than the industry standard.

Well, then how does We Find Agents make money?

Agents pay referral fees all the time. It is a standard practice in their business. So we can say with confidence that the agent you eventually hire will be happy to pay us a minimal referral fee for the privilege of working with you. We never charge up-front fees to agents. Companies that do that are often influenced to recommend one agent over another, even if they are not the very best one for a client. We only get paid when your goals are met.

So, how much information do I have to give you?
You supply only the information we need to best serve you. Keep in mind, though, that we do need to understand you as an individual to make the best selections for you.  Knowing about your past experiences with real estate, your current situation, and your goals puts us in position to match you with your ideal realtor. We never ask you for financial documents or account numbers—it’s you and your goals we’re interested in, not your finances.

What sets We Find Agents apart from similar sites?
We are Real Estate Headhunters, not a Yellow Pages for realtors. So, based on your application, we conduct an extensive search and find the best agents to fit your unique needs. Every application initiates a completely new search from the entire universe of realtors. Once you have selected a realtor, we also work with you, your agent, and your loan officer from application to closing to make sure you’re receiving the best possible service every step of the way.

What do you look for in an agent?
Because every application begins a new search, we are able to customize the parameters to find top performing agents for your specific needs, based on experience, local knowledge, cost of the home you want, and expertise in handling your particular situation.

Keep in mind that Listing Agents are different from Buyer’s Agents. If you need to sell your home short we’ll find you a short-sale expert. Relocation Specialists are perfect for out-of-state clients. Senior Real Estate Specialists have the training to anticipate and address the needs of senior citizens. 

There isn’t a situation we haven’t seen before, and there are always realtors who specialize in what you need.

I already have a loan officer I trust. Do I still need to contact yours?
Absolutely not. We are here to provide you with resources, not disrupt positive working relationships. Your loan officer will be perfectly capable of telling us what we need to know to best serve you. However, if you don’t already have a good loan officer, or for some reason you become dissatisfied with the one you are working with, we are standing by you with others for you to choose from.

Will you run my credit?

Never. We do not need this information to do our job.
