• With access to a loan specialist (either yours or one we connect you with) we help you determine your purchasing power and comfort level
• Based on your goals and the specific area you are interested in, we research top producing real estate agents to fit your unique needs. You will end up with an agent who consistently gains your trust and becomes your most valued ally as you prepare to acquire your single most important asset; your home.
• We arrange interviews for you with 3 top performing real estate agents, Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) who have sold more than 100 homes, and who are experts for the neighborhood(s) you are interested in
• We follow up with you—and the three agents—immediately after the interviews to assist you in the final agent selection
• When you select a home we stand with you and the agent you have chosen until escrow closes.
